Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026 · Applies to bigpmoffers.com and the PM Offer Negotiation service.
This is written in the same plain language as the terms of service, because a privacy policy full of legalese doesn't actually tell you anything. Here's what I collect, why, where it lives, and what your rights are.
What I collect
To run your negotiation, I collect: your name and contact details; the details of your offer(s), including employer, level, and every compensation figure (base, bonus, equity, sign-on); your work history and background as it's relevant to the negotiation; and payment information, which is handled directly by Stripe — I never see or store your card details myself.
Where it lives
Your information is stored across a small set of tools: Stripe (payment processing), Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (live strategy calls — calls are never recorded), an internal client tracking spreadsheet, and internal team tools (Slack and HubSpot) used to coordinate your negotiation and keep notes. Plausible Analytics runs on the site itself for basic traffic stats — it's cookie-free and doesn't track you individually.
I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone outside the tools listed above except as required by law.
How long I keep it
I don't yet have a fixed retention schedule, so here's the honest default until I set one: I keep client information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, maintain business and tax records, and defend against any dispute — generally no longer than 7 years after our engagement ends, unless you ask me to delete it sooner (see below) or the law requires otherwise.
Testimonials
As stated in the terms of service: I never publish your name, employer, or identifying details without either removing them or getting your explicit permission first.
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask me at any time to access, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, or to send you a copy of it. Email alex@alexrechevskiy.com and I'll respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
If you're in the UK or EU (GDPR): the legal basis for processing your data is performance of our contract (delivering the negotiation service) and my legitimate business interests. You additionally have the right to restrict or object to certain processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your rights haven't been respected.
If you're a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though to be clear, I don't sell or share your data for advertising purposes in the first place. Exercising any of these rights won't result in different treatment or pricing.
Children
This service is for working professionals and isn't directed at or knowingly collecting data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I'll update the date at the top and, for active clients, let you know directly.
